Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within India. If we cannot deliver to your PIN code, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3 working days of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
In rare cases delivery may take longer, for example because of bad weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or a remote location. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share delivery or tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email where available.
When your order arrives
Please check the pack when you receive it. If it is visibly torn, damaged or leaking, you may refuse it, or report it within 48 hours as explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
Wrong address or no one available
If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or no one was available after delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
