Who we are
This website is operated by Khadar Organics under the brand name Khadar Organics, Khadar Organics, Plot No. 04 & 13, Khasra No. 1146, Mansha City, Dhoom Manikpur, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 203207, India (“Khadar Organics”, “we”, “us”).
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. The MRP and selling price of each product are shown on its product page.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Product photos are for illustration. The pack you receive may look slightly different.
- We may change prices or availability at any time. This does not affect orders that are already confirmed.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect a fraudulent order. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
- Please give a correct and complete delivery address and a phone number where you can be reached.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, online payments through our payment partner. Online payments are processed by the payment partner on its secure platform.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, disrupting how it works, or placing false orders.

The Khadar Organics name, logo, product labels, text and images on this website belong to Khadar Organics and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes or transport disruptions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
